Information

BoardSuite^® Corp. may collect information that can identify you ("Personal Information") when you use our web site. This information may include your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and other information. When ordering or requesting product information, participating in certain promotional activities, completing surveys, and corresponding with us, we may ask for certain Personal Information. Personal Information is not collected on this web site unless you choose to provide it to us. If you are in a part of our web site that requires you to provide your Personal Information, it will be clear what Personal Information we are requesting.

We may also collect information that is provided to us by your browser. Service-related Announcements

We will send you service-related announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so.  For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an e-mail.  Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.  If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

Updating/Accessing/Amending/Correcting Personally Identifiable Information

If your personally identifiable information (“PII”) changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete/remove it by making the change within your Personal Profile on the secure portal at secure.boardsuitecorp.com or by emailing privacy@boardsuitecorp.com or by telephone at 1.888.64.BOARD.

Sharing your Personal Information

BoardSuite^® Corp. will not share the Personal Information you provide online with anyone other than BoardSuite^® Corp. entities, and then only for legitimate purposes including those described herein. Personal Information we collect online is used for responding to inquiries, processing orders, keeping you informed about your order status, for statistical purposes, for improving our site and its performance, for developing better products and services, to serve advertisements, contests, surveys and promotions, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade PII with third parties for their promotional purposes.  BoardSuite^® Corp. (or part of it) or its related entitles could merge with or be acquired by another business entity or their respective assets could be acquired. Should such a combination or acquisition occur, you should expect that BoardSuite^® Corp. would share some or all of your Personal Information to continue serving you and other users of our web site.

Occasionally, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide your Personal Information to the appropriate authorities. We will disclose your Personal Information if required by law, upon receipt of a court order or subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement authorities any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful.

Use of cookies and web beacons

A "cookie" is a small data file that a web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your system. We use cookies to better serve you when you return to our site. Some of our web pages may send cookies when you visit our site, make purchases, respond to online surveys or promotions, participate in a contest, or request information. While BoardSuite^® Corp. does not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur; BoardSuite^® Corp. does take reasonable care in maintaining the security of your Personal Information and in preventing unauthorized access to it.

The security of your personal information is important to us.  When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social insurance number/social security number, national ID, and other personal information) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using  secure socket layer technology (SSL) with 128-bit to 256-bit encryption, the most secure level of encryption available.  To learn more about SSL, follow this link. We will require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before releasing any such information. Customer Testimonials/Comments/Reviews

We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information.  We do obtain the customer's consent to post their name along with their testimonial via email or other method prior to posting the testimonial.

Widgets

Our Web site includes Widgets, which are interactive mini-programs that run on our site to provide specific services from another company (e.g. displaying industry news etc). Personal information, such as your email address, may be collected through the Widget. Cookies may also be set by the Widget to enable it to function properly. Information collected by this Widget is governed by the privacy policy of the company that created it.
