Craig’s 15 years of experience as web designer, online marketing director, and director of ebusiness development has gained him a wealth of experience managing projects and developing web solutions for clients.

Craig was the founder and president of InWeb Media prior to joining BoardSuite. Craig lead the growth of InWeb Media from 2005 from a company of 3 people to a successful business with an international client base. InWeb Media has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands and launched hundreds of websites, marketing campaigns and award winning multimedia videos.

InWeb Media has also developed many custom web applications that are successfully running in the marketplace today. Craig has a deep understanding of companies in the SME market, from not only operating as one, but from working closely with the needs and results small to medium size business expect.

Marshall has more than 20 years as a Controller and CFO of companies in the service, real estate and oil and gas sectors. His experience spans the gamut from financial restructuring to implementing management information systems.

Since 2003, he has acted in a consulting capacity for private and public companies as their CFO or Corporate Controller and previously as the Vice President Corporate Development for Met Inc., a privately held group of companies developing advanced asset management solutions for the process industries. Prior to Met Inc., he was the CFO and Director of RTD Quality Services Inc., the North American arm of a Netherlands-based organization owned one-third by Met Inc. He has a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta and is a Certified Management Accountant.
